possibilitarian tribe

The Possibilitarian Tribe is a self-selected group of those who choose to live in possibility, who choose to live a solution-oriented life, to walk on the sunny side of the street, to focus on the good, to believe the best of others, to look for good in everyone and in every situation. This does not mean that they are naively trusting, rather it means that they begin with the premise that your attitude and approach to a situation powerfully impacts the attitude and responses of others so why not try to get things off on a good note?

You are creating every moment of your life; if you understood how powerful your thoughts were, you would never, ever think another negative thought in your life. Your thoughts are the genesis of your emotions, your energy, your aura. While maybe not ALL things are possible to those that believe, many, many more things certainly are possible when we do believe:  “What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are.” – Anthony Robbins

Closing Quotes:

“‘There’s no use trying,’ [Alice] said. ‘One can’t believe impossible things.’ ‘I daresay you haven’t had much practice,’ said the Queen. ‘When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.’
Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass

“Become a possibilitarian. No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see possibilities – always see them, for they’re always there.” – Norman Vincent Peale, 1898-1993, The Power of Positive Thinking

I dwell in Possibility

I dwell in Possibility –
A fairer House than Prose –
More numerous of Windows –
Superior – for Doors –

Of Chambers as the Cedars –
Impregnable of eye –
And for an everlasting Roof
The Gambrels of the Sky –

Of Visitors – the fairest –
For Occupation – This –
The spreading wide my narrow Hands
To gather Paradise –

– EMILY DICKINSON

As always, I share what I most want/need to learn. – Nathan S. Collier
