What kind of relationship do you wish to have with the present moment? The moment you are in right now, the moment you are living?

The present moment is life itself, so the real question is what kind of relationship do you want to have with life.

If you want the present moment to be your friend, then be friendly to itt. Be open to the present moment, “welcome it, no matter in what disguise it comes.” Fascinating outcomes will follow. Life will become more friendly to you, doors will open, curtains will part, vistas will expand.

Releasing your expectations about the way life should be is both extremely difficult and incredibly easy. As with any gate of change, walking through takes only an instant. Preparing to walk through takes as long as you would like.

As always, I share what I most need and want to learn.
