That is what we have, give or take, on this mortal plane; 82 years and perhaps a bit more.

-Stay intellectually stimulated, be a Life Long Learning, Never, Ever stop growing

-Find a Purpose, meaningful Passion(s) that give you a reason to live, to bound out of bed every morning with JUICE

-Stay Positive, Walk on the Sunny Side, Look for the Good in Everyone and Everything, Carry the Sun in Your Pocket (i.e. self-motivate)

Make of it what you will, stumbling blocks, stepping stones, joys, challenges, disappointments are the stuff of life. Each day presents a bright, fresh, clean slate and you are free to invent yourself anew, to make new decisions, new choices. You’ve only got 30,000 days. 

Savor your days, your hours, and your minutes, hold them tight to your heart, and cherish them for they are precious beyond measure.
