About 25 years ago, I read a lovely little book called “Love is Letting Go of Fear”. At just 130 pages or so (many of them illustrations!), it was incredibly brief and awesomely powerful. Many of the great truths are simplicity incarnate, the challenge is not to intellectually know them but to incorporate them fully into the fabric of our daily lives (i.e. To DO as well as we know for to know and not do is to not know).

We all seek happiness, a key component of which is inner peace and contentment. The passage below is related to the message of “Love is Letting Go of Fear”; I’ve always found it very centering so I share it with you.

Signs & Symptoms of Inner Peace

– A loss of interest in judging self
